TalenTrace Position Management provides supervisors and administrative roles a comprehensive view of all active positions — both encumbered and unencumbered — along with key position attributes. The module enables direct position updates and provides structured workflow to request updates to specific fields requiring reclassification. The solution creates significant savings in classifying, validating, and managing positions by integrating core position data into all end-to-end HR actions, enabling transparency for CHCO, CFO, CIO, supervisors, and other agency leaders. Confirmed deployments span three federal agencies including a cabinet-level department with a global workforce. A fourth deployment is currently in progress, confirming active and growing federal demand for this capability.
