Partners Program

Overview of the Partners Program

The Partners Program offers senior government and industry leaders a rigorous curriculum designed to prepare them for executive roles such as the Senior Executive Service (SES) or C-suite positions. The program strengthens collaboration between and within government and industry.

Courses are aligned with the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Executive Core Qualifications, helping participants develop the leadership skills needed to guide their agencies or organizations toward greater success.

A unique 1:1 ratio of government to industry participants fosters meaningful collaboration and open dialogue. Together, participants explore real-world challenges facing the federal technology marketplace in a confidential, not-for-attribution setting.

Participants are expected to attend all virtual and in-person events as indicated in the program calendar HERE. Please review the calendar to ensure full participation.
