Graduates of the ACT-IAC Partners and Voyagers programs join the ACT-IAC Fellows—an exclusive alumni network for those who have completed the programs as participants or leaders.

With over 1,300 members, the Fellows are among the most active and engaged professionals in the government and industry communities. Members regularly participate in a variety of professional development and social events, including exclusive Fellows-only gatherings and broader community activities.

Rory Schultz Fellow of the Year Award

The Rory Schultz Fellow of the Year Award recognizes and celebrates exemplary contributions, dedication, and achievements of individuals within the ACT IAC community - leaders who, like Rory, embody the very best of what it means to be an ACT-IAC Fellow. This award aims to honor individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation, collaboration, and service to advance the goals and mission of ACT IAC. 

Rory’s legacy is a reflection of ACT-IAC’s founding principle: that diverse experience and perspective strengthen our nation. His work uplifted the integrity, transparency, and purpose that define ACT-IAC’s commitment to better government—work that continues through every Fellow he inspired.
