HCM.A7-1 Employee Accountability for Conduct and Performance
Developing and administering employee conduct standards and disciplinary policy, procedures, and guidance in accordance with applicable Federal standards/regulations (i.e., Employee Responsibilities and Conduct [5 CFR 735] and Adverse Actions [5 CFR 752]). The service outcome(s) may include, but not be limited to:
- Agency employee conduct policy/procedure training materials
- Employee relations guidance/training materials on conduct policy/procedures
- Agency employee responsibilities and conduct policies/procedures
- Agency disciplinary and adverse actions policies/procedures
- Agency standard procedures for monitoring/evaluating conduct correction system/policies/procedures
- Updated agency disciplinary and adverse actions policies/procedures
