HCM.A7-1 Employee Accountability for Conduct and Performance

Developing and administering employee conduct standards and disciplinary policy, procedures, and guidance in accordance with applicable Federal standards/regulations (i.e., Employee Responsibilities and Conduct [5 CFR 735] and Adverse Actions [5 CFR 752]). The service outcome(s) may include, but not be limited to:

  • Agency employee conduct policy/procedure training materials
  • Employee relations guidance/training materials on conduct policy/procedures
  • Agency employee responsibilities and conduct policies/procedures
  • Agency disciplinary and adverse actions policies/procedures
  • Agency standard procedures for monitoring/evaluating conduct correction system/policies/procedures
  • Updated agency disciplinary and adverse actions policies/procedures
