HCM.A4-1 Employee Performance Management
Developing, communicating, monitoring, appraising, and rewarding individual employee performance in accordance with policy. The service outcome(s) will include, but not limited to:
• employee work and performance expectations
• monitor and rate employee performance
• communicate employee performance ratings
• initiate employee reward and/or remediation based on employee performance rating
• manage and facilitate all logistical aspects (e.g. workflow management, furnishing of documents, tracking of process progress) associated with the performance management process
