The newly renovated ACT-IAC offices are in an accessible location for your meeting needs. Our rooms provide beautiful natural lighting, sleek modern designs, and brand-new technology to fit your event needs. Located in Fairfax, VA, on US-50 and just a mile from I-495, our offices provide an easy to find location for your event guests with free parking available in both a garage and external parking lot.

Our spaces are priced to fit your budget; hire by the hour for your meeting without worrying about hidden fees. Typical business hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. Rates vary by space, day, and time.

ACT Conference Room

This room has the capability to be set up in boardroom, classroom, or theater style seating with 12 tables and 28 chairs. Additional chairs and tables available upon request.

Rates: $75/hour on weekdays during business hours; $100/hour after business hours and weekends

1-hour minimum booking requirement

IAC Conference Room

This room is set up in a boardroom seating arrangement with 6 tables and 16 chairs available. Additional chairs and tables are available upon request.

Rates: $55/hour on weekdays during business hours; $75/hour after business hours and weekends

ACT-IAC Conference Rooms

The two conference rooms are connected by a sound-proof, collapsible wall. For this meeting space, the wall can be opened to merge into an extra-large space. This room has the capability to be set up in boardroom, classroom, or theater style with varying amounts of seating based on the arrangement.

Boardroom: 18 tables and 40 chairs

Classroom: 16 tables and 36 chairs

Theater: 50-70 chairs

Group Tables: 16 tables and 48 chairs

Rates: $150/hour on weekdays during business hours; $200/hour after business hours and weekends
