Defining the reporting needs/requirements and developing a reporting strategy and plan. The service outcome(s) will include, but not be limited to:

• Documented stakeholder reporting needs/requirements (e.g., intended audience, security constraints)
• List of relevant data and analytic output
• Reporting design and development plans
