The Federal HR Modernization Solution Catalog is a comprehensive resource designed to assist federal agencies in transforming and accelerating their human resources operations. This catalog will provide an organized collection of innovative tools and technologies that can provide the government with insight into the array of solutions that can create efficiencies for organizations and tailored to address the unique challenges faced by government HR professionals. By offering detailed information about modern HR solutions—talent acquisition; payroll, benefits administration, retirement, performance management, training, and other HR IT solutions ancillary to planned government-wide Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) platform—the catalog will empower agencies to streamline processes, improve service delivery, and foster a more agile, data-driven HR environment.
All companies with relevant HR IT solutions capable of meeting federal HR standards are encouraged to submit. ACT-IAC membership is not required.
