The Health COI was created in July 2019 as a result of the ACT-IAC mission on "health." It brings together government and industry leaders to advance health outcomes through innovation, collaboration, and knowledge exchange. Guided by the priorities of federal health agencies (HHS, VA, DHA), our work focuses on:
- AI & Data Interoperability – Applying AI, improving data sharing to generate actionable insights for federal health missions.
- Technology Value & Sustainability – Maximizing cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and long-term impact of investments.
- Workforce Optimization – Aligning workforce skills, tools, and processes to meet evolving digital transformation needs.
- Shared Services – Consolidating business functions to reduce duplication and strengthen cross-agency collaboration.
This COI will interface and collaborate with other COIs as needed to maximize member engagement and enhance what ACT-IAC can provide to government.
