The platform is known for autonomous talent acquisition systems, scalability, and speed to market which has proven to dramatically reduce time-to-completion of processes ranging from hiring to personnel action requests.

Avature interfaces with 1000s of third party systems ranging from turnkey installations in the private sector,  through proprietary Federal systems used within the US Intelligence Community.

US Postal Service: 600,00+ employees

USPS is Avature's largest Federal customer whom is implementing Avature ATS and Performance Management in parallel. In a 2025 pilot, USPS hired and onboarded 155,000 hourly employees on Avature, reducing time-to-hire by 88%. These hires were achieved with a full autonomous ATS whereby there is not a single recruiter involved in the process. 90% of all USPS hiring will occur on the Avature platform by September 2026, with the remaining 10% migrating in 2027.

Siemens uses Avature as a “unified global talent ecosystem” used across worldwide recruiting operations after replacing fragmented local systems.

Avature is currently FedRAMP Moderate certified, and aims to achieve a FedRAMP High / Impact Level 4 certification in early 2027.
