Since 2018, Fedstack has hired, trained, and deployed 2,500+ technology professionals across 25+ federal agencies with 90%+ retention and 90%+ conversion to full-time employment. The solution combines Six-Stack™ candidate screening (top 1% of applicants), tailored curriculum designed around government requirements, and agency mission context. We provide technical and Federal Mission SMEs contributing real-world use cases, and Mirror Environment Immersion (MEI™) training that replicates the client's actual tech stack and operating conditions so graduates produce work-product on Day One. Additional features include Learning Management System (LMS)-enabled cohort tracking with real-time management visibility into the cumulative competency progression of candidates with integrated support for USAJOBS and OPM HR 2.0 Initiative.

Fedstack’s solution includes an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-native training and deployment infrastructure that is platform-agnostic and can be configured to mirror client-approved environments. Supported delivery includes Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, virtual live learning environment, collaboration systems, cloud-based sandbox environments, code repositories, assessment tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms. Training can be tailored around agency target stacks across cloud, full-stack development, DevOps/CI/CD, data engineering, enterprise platforms, cybersecurity, AI, and digital modernization. Scalability - largest current deployment
Fedstack's large-scale deployments include AI-native SaaS engineering program support to scale up to 500 AI-native engineers deployed to Silicon Valley and India with planned expansions to Canada and Australia in the coming year. We are using two pathways (Early Career Talent and Upskilling Existing Teams) to solution around immersive, applied learning — accelerating readiness, validating real-world capability, and unlocking 3x output for scale. IRS modernization support involving seven engineering cohorts totaling 55 Public Trust-cleared FTEs across full-stack, DevSecOps, Databricks, ServiceNow, and cloud roles; Department of Education/Federal Student Aid modernization support involving 90 software engineers across cloud, DevSecOps, full-stack Java, Spring Batch, data engineering, and Salesforce. These demonstrate Fedstack’s ability to manage multi-cohort workforce development, technical screening, curriculum tailoring, remote delivery, readiness validation, and production deployment.

Fedstack’s delivery environment is designed to align with applicable federal security, privacy, accessibility, and data handling requirements, including MFA, encrypted communications, least-privilege permissions, audit logging, NIST/FISMA-aligned practices, Section 508, and WCAG 2.1 Level AA considerations. Fedstack holds a Secret FCL and is CMMC Level 2 (C3PAO) certified, demonstrating independent validation of its implementation of NIST SP 800-171 controls for protecting CUI across participant systems, training environments, collaboration tools, program data, reporting workflows, and Government-facing artifacts.
