Interfaces / Platforms

FedLens supports integration with common federal HR platforms, including HRConnect and other agency systems. Scalability - largest current deployment

GovStrive recently deployed FedLens at a large civilian agency to support enterprise workforce planning and identify future skills gaps across mission-critical occupations and work units.

Agency leadership used FedLens to analyze National Finance Center (NFC) workforce data to assess current workforce composition, identify existing and emerging skills gaps, and better forecast future workforce needs. The agency also leveraged FedLens to conduct detailed analyses of workforce movements and attrition trends, enabling leadership to identify key drivers of employee turnover and areas of elevated workforce risk.

Using these insights, agency leaders developed targeted action plans and cost-effective hiring strategies to mitigate anticipated skill loss and strengthen long-term workforce readiness.
