Brief Description of Features and Benefits

FedViews is a FedRAMP-authorized SaaS platform that automates analysis of the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) and agency HR data to help federal agencies improve employee engagement and workplace performance. Configurable to agency-specific requirements, FedViews reduces the manual effort required to prepare, analyze, and report FEVS results in alignment with OPM requirements.

The platform combines employee sentiment data with workforce and HR trends to identify correlations, uncover organizational risks, and prioritize high-impact action planning.

FedViews supports integration with common federal HR platforms, including HRConnect and other agency systems. The platform also supports enterprise authentication services, enabling users to access FedViews through single sign-on (SSO) and multifactor authentication (MFA). These integrations ensure secure access and alignment with agency information technology and cybersecurity requirements.

A large civilian agency engaged GovStrive to provide an annual FedViews subscription to strengthen employee engagement analysis and strategic human capital management.
