FedChart is a FedRAMP-authorized SaaS platform that helps federal agencies modernize workforce planning through organizational design, position management, and HR data remediation. Configurable to agency-specific requirements, FedChart improves HR data quality, automates organizational charts, and supports collaborative future-state workforce planning.
Agencies use FedChart to support reorganizations, improve HR reporting accuracy, and prepare for OPM HR data modernization efforts.
Key capabilities include:

• Visualization and comparison of current and future-state organizational structures.

Interfaces / Platforms
FedChart supports integration with common federal HR platforms, including HRConnect and other agency systems. The platform also supports enterprise authentication services, enabling users to access FedChart through single sign-on (SSO) and multifactor authentication (MFA). These integrations ensure secure access and alignment with agency information technology and cybersecurity requirements.
Scalability - largest current deployment
FedChart has been deployed in support of a large civilian land management agency. Agency leadership used FedChart to assess and remediate critical workforce data, including position organizational listings (POL), workforce roster data, and budget information, improving data accuracy and reliability for workforce planning efforts.
Using this validated data, the agency automatically generated and exported organizational charts across the agency, including reporting hierarchies and key position details for each office. These capabilities provided leadership with a comprehensive view of the agency’s current organizational structure to support reorganization planning and workforce management initiatives.
