Over the last four years, the COVID-19 pandemic has quickly changed how many of us work. Teams innovated and found ways to continue delivering to those who depend on our services. However, we continue to see record high levels of isolation and burnout. Fostering team culture and reducing isolation helps reduce burnout while also improving retention and team productivity.
