Quantum technologies are rapidly advancing and have the potential to transform government missions, national security, scientific discovery, critical infrastructure, healthcare, communications, and economic competitiveness. The ACT-IAC Quantum Working Group serves as a collaborative forum where government, industry, academia, and research organizations come together to explore the opportunities, challenges, and practical applications of quantum technologies.
This standard operating procedure (SOP) outlines the steps for accessing use cases via ACT-IAC’s NUCSL, as well as searching and submitting use cases via a NUCSL. For questions on this SOP, please email [email protected]. Thank you.

The ACT-IAC AI Working Group seeks to enable government agencies with the ability to assess their organization to identify areas that would benefit from the introduction of artificial intelligence and share best practices to implement AI to drive mission and operational value. The Working Group also now includes intelligent automation/RPA in their scope.
ACT-IAC, through the Emerging Technology Community of Interest, formed a Blockchain Working Group to give voice to and provide an authoritative resource for government agencies looking to understand and incorporate blockchain functionality into their organizations. This working group includes government and industry thought leaders incubating government blockchain use cases including: individual identification, asset registry, financial transactions, federal acquisition, IoT, and governance. The Emerging Technology Community of Interest intends to help craft a playbook on a
