Modernizing Taxpayer Engagement at the IRS

This session will explore both the vision for and role of the IRS Joint Operations Center modernizing taxpayer engagement and assistance at the Internal Revenue Service. More specifically, it will explore the current and planned initiatives expected to raise the level of service and assistance offered to the American taxpaying public, both individual and business and their tax preparing representatives.
