IRS.gov is one of those rare digital experiences that “must” serve all American taxpayers both individual and business across all demographics and business types. This talk will explore how the IRS continues to pursue improvements to IRS.gov accounting for its commitments to make it easier and faster for all its users to acquire the information they are seeking or conduct their business to the fullest extent possible. It will address how the IRS pursues and acquires feedback and input on existing experience, features, and functions, identifies and prioritizes opportunities for improvements and implements these improvements leveraging modern human-centered design (HCD) and Agile development practices
