Abstract
1. AGILE Gaming
Learn the principles of the Agile Development movement in gaming environment. This session will provide teams the opportunity to compete with and against peers in a trivial pursuit/Monopoly type game atmosphere. This will be an enjoyable, loud learning experience. At the end of the game teams will be able to share their learning experiences with the other teams.
Expected Outcomes:
An understanding of the Agile Manifesto:
Individuals and interactions over Processes and tools
Working software over Comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over Contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan

2. Everyone is a Customer
Synopsis: By using customer journey mapping and effective buyer personas, we will lead the audience through an interactive exercise to determine who their customers are, uncover what helps their customers succeed, and plan how to manage their efforts to encourage more success..
Expected outcomes: By the end of the session, the learner will be able to:
- Understand the differences and nuances of customers
- Be able to identify customer types
- Understand how the role of customer service can influence customers

3. Data Information Sharing across Federal Agencies
Synopsis: The government is reluctant to share the data/information frequently kept in silos and often not shared among other entities due to its proprietary, non-portable format or the inability to import/export. This session will begin with a real-time, real data example of data sharing among law enforcement agencies. With this newly revived information sharing efforts, and an underlying growth of the broader collaboration and sharing economy, how should the Federal government support and enable it with heightened privacy and security requirements? This session will provide a holistic approach that goes beyond just the technology and will bring to life those considerations and building blocks to help build an information sharing framework across Govt, public and private sectors.
Expected outcomes:

• Understand the difference between sharing information and releasing data
• Understand the need to build a culture of trust
• Learn how to promote a culture of information sharing within your organization
• Case studies of information sharing programs in government and the public sector
