
Lee Becker is a Senior Vice President at Medallia, where he leads the public sector practice. With over two decades of experience transforming public sector and healthcare organizations, Lee is passionate about driving positive change to deliver exemplary experiences for patients, customers, and employees alike.
He was instrumental in the development of award-winning programs at the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Department of Defense, including establishing the Veterans Experience Office and co-leading the White House Cross-Agency Priority Goal on Customer Experience to improve service delivery across government. Lee has also led complex, high-visibility modernization and transformation efforts across operations, technology, and programs, including contact center modernization, digital service transformation, disability claims and appeals modernization, military casualty management, and the creation of foundational traumatic brain injury and mental health care programs for military service members, Veterans, and their families.
In addition to his role at Medallia, Lee serves as the Industry Chair for the ACT-IAC Customer Experience Community of Interest, is an advisor to the Public Service Leadership Academy, and serves as a Chaplain for the American Legion.
Lee holds a Master of Science in Management from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from American Military University.
