Christina Binhack

Christina Binhack, SHRM-CP, is the Director of Operations and Human Resources at ACT-IAC, where she helps keep the organization running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting its mission to bring government and industry together for the public good. Since joining ACT-IAC in 2022, Christina has worked closely with leadership to strengthen community engagement, support cross-sector collaboration, and lead charitable programs that give back.

In her HR role, Christina oversees everything from recruiting and onboarding to employee engagement and workplace culture. She’s passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive environment where people feel empowered to do their best work. She also co-leads the ACT-IAC Academy, working with the professional development team to offer impactful training programs across government and industry.

Christina brings a strong background in nonprofit leadership, having previously served as Vice President of Program for Indy Reads and as Event and Marketing Director at the Mt. Pleasant Discovery Museum. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Central Michigan University and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.

Outside of work, Christina is a big believer in lifelong learning, community service, and curling up with a good book.
