Nancy Delanoche

Nancy Delanoche, MS, PMP joined ACT-IAC in May 2017. In her role as Director, Community Engagement, Nancy is responsible for providing guidance and support to the Communities of Interest (COIs), the Collaboration Council, and the Institute for Innovation. In her role, she directs the work of the COIs to ensure that they are effectively and efficiently pursuing activities and achieving outcomes that contribute to the achievement of the ACT-IAC mission.

Angela Owens

Angela Owens joined ACT-IAC in June 2008 as the Member Support Representative. In this role, she serves as the first point of engagement for members and plays a key role in managing customer relationships and day-to-day member support.

Kisha Powell

Kisha Powell, PMP joined ACT-IAC in 2013 and is a highly experienced events and marketing executive with a career spanning more than two decades in event strategy, conference planning, and customer experience design. At ACT-IAC, she leads the strategic vision and execution of the organization's extensive event portfolio, including multi-day conferences, award programs, and exhibits.

Don Becker

Don Becker joined ACT-IAC in 2003 and currently serves as Director of IT Operations. In this role, Don is responsible for the management and operation of the organization's IT infrastructure including the Drupal based Content Management System (CMS) and Salesforce based Association Management System (AMS) running on Nimble AMS. Don Previously served as the organization's Customer Service Manager through 2007. Prior to joining ACT-IAC, Don held various positions at the Reston Hyatt Regency.

April Davis

April Davis joined the ACT-IAC professional staff in 2004 and currently serves as the Director, Membership and Federal Insights Exchange (FIE) Programs. In this role, she leads the planning, management, and execution of the organization’s membership strategy, with a focus on intake, engagement, and retention.
