April Davis

April Davis joined the ACT-IAC professional staff in 2004 and currently serves as the Director, Membership and Federal Insights Exchange (FIE) Programs. In this role, she leads the planning, management, and execution of the organization’s membership strategy, with a focus on intake, engagement, and retention. April plays a key role in cultivating a vibrant community of public and private sector leaders, ensuring members are connected, informed, and actively engaged in ACT-IAC’s mission of advancing government through collaboration and innovation.

Prior to joining ACT-IAC, April served as a Donation Placement Manager at Good360, a nonprofit recognized as a leader in product philanthropy. There, she worked closely with corporate partners and nonprofits to facilitate the donation of essential goods and services to communities in need—bridging the gap between surplus and scarcity to deliver meaningful social impact.

April is a proud graduate of George Mason University, where she developed a passion for service and strategic relationship-building that continues to drive her professional journey today.
