Angela Owens joined ACT-IAC in June 2008 as the Member Support Representative. In this role, she serves as the first point of engagement for members and plays a key role in managing customer relationships and day-to-day member support.
Prior to joining ACT-IAC, Angela worked at PAETEC Communications as a Sales Office Coordinator, where she handled a wide range of administrative responsibilities. Her role included managing new sales, processing T1 and telephone orders, confirming order details, and supporting overall sales operations. Angela also performed various bookkeeping and order processing tasks, contributing to the efficiency of the sales department.
With a strong background in customer service, administrative operations, and communications, Angela is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for ACT-IAC members.
