Providing MeSH Check Tag of NLM’s Medical Text Indexer (MTI) ons using Support Vector Machines (SVM)

Titles and abstracts from MEDLINE Citations are provided through SVM machine learning algorithm provides confidence scores for a set of MeSH CheckTags to the NLM Medical Text Indexer (MTI) program. These CheckTags are small set of MeSH Descriptors designed to indicate Species, Sex, and Age in MEDLINE articles.
