Rationale
A number of systems communicate with each other and many manual processes have a multitude of points of failure. With this automation Summit2Sea is able to take SME knowledge to come up with a single solution that achieves a UMT (unmatched transaction) solution rate of 70% or greater.
As-Is
Users would navigate through DAI and obtain the UMT report daily, input individual UMTs through the inquiry module within DAI, pull out a handful of enriching elements, and then feed that data into their award section to match the UMT with the PO agreement. Once the PO has been found they create a template file based on enriched information retrieved and feed that into a downstream pre-built automation.
