What truly makes a product valuable?

While speed and quality are crucial, the hardest challenge is discovering products people need. This specialized training moves beyond mere delivery. Objectives

Learn to apply systematic, hypothesis-driven discovery to rigorously define what represents real value in a product, thereby significantly reducing the risk of failure on product release. Using a combination of interactive presentations, problem-solving exercises, innovation learning games, and team-structured simulations, the experiential workshop, structured in four sprints, enables participants to:

  • Align Discovery (The why): Define the Product Vision and Strategy using foundational tools like the Lean Canvas or Product Vision Board (Sprint 1).
  • Uncover Value (The who and pain): Apply Practical User Research and Customer Interviewing techniques to validate the target user and their most critical problems (Sprint 2).
  • Prioritize Solutions (The What): Employ rapid prioritization frameworks (e.g., MoSCoW or RICE) to select the most promising solutions for validation (Sprint 3).
  • Validate Outcomes (The how-to-test and what-to-measure): Design and execute Discovery Experiments to test prototypes and define measurable Outcome Metrics that prove a solution's success (Sprint 4).
  • Integrate Delivery: Create a clear, testable Product Hypothesis that smooths the flow of information between the discovery and delivery teams, ensuring iterative product evolution.
