Over the last four years, the COVID-19 pandemic has quickly changed how many of us work. Teams innovated and found ways to continue delivering to those who depend on our services. However, we continue to see record high levels of isolation and burnout. Fostering team culture and reducing isolation helps reduce burnout while also improving retention and team productivity.
Join us for a live, interactive session where we'll outline some practical tips and best practices to help foster team culture, community and care while working together in physically distributed, cross-generational teams. All generations, position titles, and career tenures are very welcome.
This will be an interactive session (moderated by John O'Duinn from IRS and Railyn Moyers from GSA), sharing lessons-learned, and hearing real-world experiences from each other.
