Background
Networks and telecommunications are the backbone of critical services across America—powering everything from healthcare and education to public safety and economic growth. As technology continues to evolve, it's more important than ever to help the public understand the essential role these systems play in our daily lives.
The Networks and Telecommunications COI (N&T COI) at ACT-IAC is launching a new project aimed at showcasing the impact of telecommunications through compelling storytelling, focused on the customer experience (CX). By using relatable narratives and human-centered design, this project will highlight the progress made in telecommunications and the transformative effects on individuals and communities.
About the Session
This session will bring together ACT-IAC members from government and industry to explore how we can better communicate the value of telecommunications through human-centered design and CX approaches. We are seeking creative input and insights on how best to capture and convey the stories of telecommunications innovation that are driving positive change.
Who Should Attend
We are calling on ACT-IAC members with expertise in communications, customer experience (CX), human-centered design, and telecommunications to contribute ideas and collaborate on defining the project scope and key deliverables.
