Join the ACT-IAC Customer Experience COI member meeting featuring Building Experience into the Business of Government. 

Employee experience is a critical component in enhancing the effectiveness of government service delivery. By systematically measuring and analyzing employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being, public sector organizations can identify areas for improvement and foster a more motivated workforce.
