Wednesday, September 25, 2024 - 04:00 PM - 05:00 PM EDT

Join the ACT-IAC Acquisition COI member meeting to learn about GSA's De-Risking Guide

18F is a program office within GSA's Technology Transformation Services directorate. Since its formation in 2014, 18F teams have partnered with federal, state and local agencies to help them acquire human-centered technology systems and services, as well as build and update existing systems, processes, and culture. In 2020, 18F published the first iteration of the De-risking Guide, a resource for government agency staff about lowering the risk of failure for technology projects. An updated version of the guide is slated for release (go-live) in September 2024.

Members of the team that revised the guide will discuss what’s changed and how they’ve seen numerous partners benefit from using the original guide.
