His work spans contracting operations, procurement policy, audit coordination, and innovation strategy, with a focus on improving collaboration, adaptability, and mission outcomes across the acquisition workforce. Jimmy is known for bringing a human-centered and practical approach to acquisition innovation — helping teams experiment thoughtfully, engage industry more effectively, and rethink traditional procurement processes without losing sight of accountability and public trust.
