Volunteer Corps

If you are looking for a way to give back to the local community, join the ACT-IAC Volunteer Corps. The Volunteer Corps was established as a way to channel the passion and energy of ACT-IAC’s many volunteers into supporting activities that serve a great cause.  Throughout the year the Corps identifies charitable organizations in the Washington, DC region and organizes volunteers to support the organization.  Volunteer Corps members have built homes for Habitat for Humanity, served meals at DC Kitchen, escorted World War II veterans on Honor Flights to DC and much more. For further information and/or involvement on the Volunteer Corps, please contact our Associate Director of Professional Development and Education, Casey Harris at
