Summary:
Project Description: OMB would like a short white paper done on the current state of reporting by executive branch agencies to the OMB Office of the Federal CIO (OFICO), specifically focusing on the current process by which IT Project managers collect and submit data through their respective agencies to OMB OFCIO (tools used, processes followed, etc) and options for a target state – utilizing authoritative data sources, shifting to increased automation and incorporating Technology Business Management (TBM) taxonomy data.
Timeframe: This would be a quick turnaround project with the final deliverable being given to OMB in late March, early April.
