What is a Shark Tank? 
Similar to the popular TV show, Shark Tank, we invite organizations (from industry, government, academia) to submit innovative solutions to a Supply Chain problem statement. Judges will review the submissions and select the top 5 who will then present at a live Shark Tank event in front of sharks (judges), C-SCRM experts from government. Each team will have 5 minutes to present.
The question is this: What are the foundational tenants in the creation of a Predictive Supply Chain Risk Management process and how can cybersecurity and technology approaches support the ability to project when vulnerabilities may occur prior to an event in lieu of reaction to an event?
