
Udaya Patnaik is the Chief Innovation Officer for the Federal Acquisition Service Office of Information Technology Category (ITC) in the U.S. General Services Administration. ITC facilitates $38 billion in annual government spending. Udaya’s portfolio includes emerging technology, innovation and strategy.
Before joining GSA, Udaya was the Director of the Office of Digital Innovation for the State of California and co-founded Jump Associates, a strategy and innovation consultancy.
Udaya has served on nonprofit boards, lectured at academic institutions and co-authored guidebooks and courses on innovation, community development and infrastructure.
Udaya holds a B.Sc. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University.
