Ms. Ebb-Murphy is a Senior Business Analyst with the SBA Mentor-Protege Program. She currently serves on the Annual Evaluation Team, where she has worked since 2018. In this role she serves 1,000 plus Mentor-Proteges. Most recently, Tracey has worked with SBA’s Office of Women Business Ownership (Detail Position), HUBZone and the Small Disadvantage Business Program. She has worked 26 of her 30 years of Government Service at the SBA. She received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Bowie State University. Ms. Ebb-Murphy has devoted 35 years of her 39-year career to helping small and women owned businesses grow, one opportunity at a time.
