Shashi Goli is the Vice President of the Federal Civilian and National Security Sector at Navitas Business Consulting. With over ten years at Navitas, he has played a key role in the company's growth, focusing on business development for civilian agencies such as Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, Department of Justice, General Services Administration, and Federal Deposits Insurance Corporation. Shashi has more than 25 years of experience in software development, cloud services, digital transformation, modernization, and leading several award-winning programs. Before Navitas, Shashi worked with major corporations such as Freddie Mac and consulting firms like KPMG and BearingPoint, providing management consulting services to Fortune 500 companies.
In the ACT-IAC community, Shashi has led the DHS Federal Insights Exchange team since 2021, achieving top programming status over the last four years. He was awarded Contributor of the Year in 2021 at ELC. Shashi is a ACT-IAC fellow (Partners 2022) and actively engages in planning ELC events and mentoring new leaders.
Shashi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Louisiana State University. He has also volunteered with TiE DC, a nonprofit organization that fosters entrepreneurship. Shashi has served local community organizations such as the Summer swim team and coaching kids’ robotics teams.
