Ryan Kinikin is the Director of the Joint Operations Center in the Taxpayer Services Division. Ryan leads an organization responsible for providing enterprise level support and technology services to business stakeholders to help the achieve their service level goals for telephone, correspondence, and electronic media. Prior to this assignment, he served as Project Director in Taxpayer Services. In this role, he served a principal advisor to the Taxpayer Services commissioner and deputy commissioner where he led various projects including the Surge initiatives. Here, he led the mass hiring effort and associated onboarding and training coordination for an unprecedented 10,000 new employees for Submission Processing, Accounts Management and the Campus Integration Project. His previous assignments included Field Director Accounts Management Fresno, Acting Deputy Director Accounts Management, Acting Submission Processing Field Director Ogden and Acting Accounts Management Field Director in both Austin and Atlanta.
