Natalie Horton joined ACT-IAC in February, 2021 as the Manager, Sponsorship and Small Business Alliance. In this role, Natalie is responsible for both sponsorship development and fulfillment, as well as support of the membership engagement, development and retention. Prior to ACT-IAC, Natalie has worked with other associations in both the membership and corporate sponsorship departments. In these roles, she managed the CRM database as well as membership integrity, membership growth, and membership retention.
