Natalie Horton joined ACT-IAC in February 2021 and currently serves as the Senior Manager of Sponsorships and the Small Business Alliance. In this role, she leads sponsorship development and fulfillment while also supporting membership engagement, growth, and retention initiatives. She also plays a key role in advancing the Small Business Alliance’s mission to create opportunities for collaboration, education, and community among small business members.
Prior to joining ACT-IAC, Natalie held positions with other associations in both membership and corporate sponsorship, where she oversaw CRM database management, membership integrity, and strategies to drive growth and retention.
Her experience in cultivating relationships and enhancing member value has been a consistent part of her professional success.
