Leigh Anne Giraldi is the Associate CIO for Enterprise IT Business Management and Director of the Enterprise Business Management Office at NASA's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). With oversight of NASA's $2B+ IT portfolio, she leads the integration of business operations, IT acquisition strategy, and management of enterprise IT contracts totaling ~$7.5B. Managing a workforce of ~700 civil servants, she ensures effective IT policy implementation and budget management. Her expertise lies in modern technology management practices, enabling NASA's IT enterprise to adapt to evolving business needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Previously, Leigh Anne served as the NASA HQ Institutional Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the Agency Management budget formulation and execution, including Business and Administrative Systems. With a career spanning the Department of the Navy and the Export-Import Bank of the United States, she brings extensive financial management experience to her role. Recognized with accolades like the NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal, Leigh Anne holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Financial Management from the University of Maryland. She resides in Maryland, cherishing time with her husband, grown children, four grandchildren, and beloved black lab.
