Kenneth Dodds is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Coalition for Government Procurement, a non-profit association of Federal government contracting firms working with Government officials towards the mutual goal of common-sense acquisition. Prior to joining the Coalition he was an industry expert at Live Oak Bank focusing on mergers and acquisitions, and spent more than 20 years at the U.S. Small Business Administration where he was the Senior Executive for Government Contracting Policy and a senior attorney in the Office of General Counsel.
