Mrs. Keia B. Eaves is a strategist and change agent leveraging over 20 years of professional experience building business development, capture, and proposal teams, leading programs, and collaborating with executives to organize, convene, and build dynamic organizations. Mrs. Eaves has received industry accolades which include 2024 Engage FedGov Honoree, 2023 FORUMIT100 FedHealth Executive Awardee, and the 2022 FedHealthIT Top 100 Women in Leadership Impact Award, which substantiates her dedication to growth and making an impact within the Federal Government Contracting industry. Mrs. Eaves is resilient and has worked with multi-disciplinary teams within and outside of Government, creating solutions, and implementing change across organizations. Throughout her career, Mrs. Eaves has served in many roles, including being the CEO and President of her own firm, Olive Branch Innovations, and brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, skills, and ability to any organization, large or small. Mrs. Eaves received a bachelor’s degree of Science in Business Administration from Capella University, and a Master of Science (MS) in Management, Strategy, and Leadership (MSL) from Michigan State University and is currently serving as a VP of Strategy and Growth for LCG, Inc, where she leads the growth department, drives growth and expansion strategies, and manages LCG partnerships.
