Jeffrey Pullen

Dr. Jeffrey D. Pullen is a senior federal financial systems executive, project management leader, educator, and nationally recognized speaker with more than 39 years of combined experience spanning federal government, Fortune 500 industry, ERP modernization, financial systems transformation, artificial intelligence governance, and higher education. He currently serves as Associate Director, Financial Systems within the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), where he oversees enterprise financial management systems supporting more than 16,000 users across the Department.

Dr. Pullen is known for leading large-scale modernization initiatives involving ERP systems, AI-enabled operational transformation, shared services, financial governance, audit readiness, cloud migration, and enterprise data management. His leadership portfolio includes oversight of DOJ’s Unified Financial Management System (UFMS), Justice Enterprise Data Interface & Business Intelligence Portal - Next Generation (JEDI-NG), Unified Asset Management System (UAMS), Financial & Performance Management System (Workiva) while managing a $50M+ operating portfolio and major federal contracts.

In his spare time, he serves as an adjunct professor for several universities, integrating academic theory with real-world events.
