Colleen Kennedy joined ACT-IAC in February 2019 and now serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications. In this role, she leads the strategy, development, and execution of the organization’s marketing, branding, and communications efforts. Colleen oversees content creation, digital engagement, and promotional campaigns that elevate ACT-IAC’s mission and strengthen visibility across the government and industry communities. Her deep experience in event strategy continues to inform her integrated approach to marketing, ensuring cohesive messaging and strong engagement across all ACT-IAC programs and initiatives.
Colleen brings more than 14 years of experience in event management and nonprofit operations, including her work at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where she coordinated global meetings and events. She holds a BA in Communications and Philosophy from Villanova University and is a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).
