Abstract

In March 2017 ACT-IAC met with the DoD Advisory Panel on Streamlining and Codifying Acquisition Regulations. At that meeting ACT-IAC was asked to provide additional recommendations regarding how to actually implement a more effective and streamlined defense acquisition process. This document responds to that request.
