Abstract

This paper is a product of the Quadrennial Government Technology Review project undertaken by ACT-IAC to provide recommendations to the winner of the 2012 Presidental election regarding investments in information technology that would benefit the government and the nation.  This report discusses how appropriate IT investments could reduce the Federal budget deficit.
