Abstract

In 2012 ACT-IAC undertook the Quadrennial Government Technology Review Project to develop recommendations for the winner of that year's Presidential election on how investments in information technology could improve government and benefit the nation.  Issues addressed by the papers included citizen engagement, healthcare, budgets, STEM and improving mission performance through information technology investments.  This paper summarizes the project and highlights the recommendations from the other five papers.
