On a personal note, I'm particularly passionate about growing the next generation of public sector leaders and innovators. The importance seating the right talent has in posturing an organization to innovate was spotlighted last month when the ACT-IAC’s Igniting Innovation Conference announced the Office of Personnel Management’s “USA Staffing Onboarding” initiative as its overall award winner.
