Rebecca Laborde, Ph.D.
Master Principal Scientist, Clinical Innovation
Rebecca obtained her Ph.D. in molecular genetics from Iowa State University. She then spent eight years at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, initially as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow and later as a Principal Research Scientist. For the past five years, Rebecca has supported the Clinical Innovation group within the Oracle Health Science Global Business Unit, supporting collaborative research projects. Most recently, Rebecca is helping to support Oracle’s fight against COVID-19 by participating in creating a health management platform to support the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in their efforts to address the pandemic and develop and deliver safe and effective vaccines.
